2. Cancellation & Refunds

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
  • Check-out is before 10:00 am.
  • Guests must arrive within the specified check-in window and leave by the designated check-out time unless prior approval has been granted.

4. Use of the Property

  • The properties are for private residential use only.
  • Guests must respect the property and all furniture, fittings, and equipment.
  • Smoking, illegal activities, and unregistered parties/events are prohibited.
  • Damage or missing items may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Radiant Properties Management Limited is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay. We are not responsible for service interruptions, including transport, utilities, or events outside our control.

6. Guests’ Responsibilities
