2. Cancellation & Refunds

3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Check-out is before 10:00 am.
- Guests must arrive within the specified check-in window and leave by the designated check-out time unless prior approval has been granted.
4. Use of the Property
- The properties are for private residential use only.
- Guests must respect the property and all furniture, fittings, and equipment.
- Smoking, illegal activities, and unregistered parties/events are prohibited.
- Damage or missing items may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
Radiant Properties Management Limited is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay. We are not responsible for service interruptions, including transport, utilities, or events outside our control.
6. Guests’ Responsibilities
- Guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings.
- Maximum occupancy rules must be adhered to for each property.
7. Amendments
Radiant Properties Management Limited reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
